Magioni vroeg mij om hun bloemkool en courgette pizza bodem te testen! Natuurlijk wil ik dat! Ik vind deze groente pizza bodems best wel geniaal. Er zit 35% groente in de bodem verwerkt wat deze pizzabodem voedzamer maakt dan de normale variant. Je kunt hem vervolgens zelf beleggen met wat je maar wil. Zo kun je er meer groente op doen dan er meestal op een pizza zit.. En zo kun je dus pizza eten en tegelijkertijd een voedzame maaltijd binnen krijgen!

 

Ik maakte 3 verschillende soorten pizza´s, voor welke ga jij?

Dit heb je nodig

  1. Zalm Teriyaki
  • 1 zalmfilet in stukjes
  • 8 champignons in kwartjes
  • 3 eetlepels teriyaki wok saus
  • 1 stengel bosui
  • 1 vel nori (zeewier) in stukjes geknipt
  • Sesamzaadjes
  • Peper en zout

2. Brie & zongedroogde tomaat

  • 6 plakjes brie
  • 3 el tomaten tapenade
  • 10 walnoten
  • handje pompoenpitten
  • 5 zongedroogde tomaten

3. Courgette & granaatappel

  • 1 Courgette in slierten geraspt
  • 2 el olijfolie
  • ½  granaatappel (pitjes)
  • 100 gr feta
  • Peper en zeezout

Zo maak je het

  • Beleg de pizza met de ingrediënten.
  • Maak het af met peper & zeezout.
  • Strooi de bosui, nori, sesamzaadjes, feta en/of granaatappel er pas overheen als de pizza uit de oven komt en klaar is.

Tip

  • Voor een goede crunchy bodem: doe de bodem eerst kaal 3 minuten in de oven. Beleg je pizza vervolgens en bak hem dan in 8-12 minuten af.
