Dit heb je nodig

  • 170 gr kikkererwten
  • 60 gr gerookte kipfilet
  • 30 gr avocado
  • 100 gr cherry tomaatjes 
  • 1/2 rode paprika
  • 50 gr komkommer
  • 1 handje bosui 
  • 1 hand romeinse sla of krop sla
  • chili vlokken
  • paprikapoeder
  • peper & zout

Zo maak je het

  1. Spoel de kikkererwten af en bestrooi ze met chilivlokken en paprikapoeder.
  2. Snijd de avocado, cherrytomaatjes, paprika, komkommer en bosui in stukjes.
  3. Snijd de kipfilet in plakjes.
  4. Leg de sla op een bordje en daarbovenop alle groenten, de kikkererwten en de gerookte kip.
  5. Maak af met wat peper, zout en eventueel chilivlokken.

Tip

  • Dit recept is goed te gebruiken als mealprep! Maak in een keer meerdere porties klaar en bewaar deze in een bakje in de koelkast. Max 4 dagen in de koelkast te bewaren.
