Aardbeien Kwarktaart

Tijd: 30 min | 12 stukken

Dit heb je nodig

Voor de bodem

  • 250 gr ongezouten notenmix
  • 150 gr dadels 
  • 20 gr kokosolie (gesmolten)

Voor de kwarklaag

  • 900 gr magere kwark 
  • 8 gelatine blaadjes 
  • 250 gr diepvries aardbeien 
  • 1 scheutje vanille aroma (als je van zoet houd)
  • optioneel: 60 gr eiwitpoeder

Voor de topping

  • 50 gr witte chocolade
  • 5 verse aardbeien

Dit heb je ook nodig

  • Taartvorm/ brownievorm
  • Bakpapier

Zo maak je het

  1. Laat de dadels 10 minuten in heet water weken en snijd daarna de pitten eruit.
  2. Leg de gelatineblaadjes in koud water.
  3. Maal de noten even fijn in een blender/ keukenmachine of crunch de noten met de hand.
  4. Snijd de dadels in hele kleine stukjes en voeg dit bij het notenmengsel samen met de kokosolie. Kneed dit tot een bal. Leg de bal in het midden van de taartvorm en druk hem gelijkmatig uit over de hele bodem.
  5. Mix de kwark met de aardbeien.
  6. Voeg nu eventueel het eiwitpoeder en de vanille aroma toe en mix.
  7. Doe 5 eetlepels kwark in een pannetje, maak dit warm, voeg de gelatine hierbij en roer tot het is opgelost. Voeg de kwark met gelatine bij de rest van de kwark en roer door.
  8. Verdeel het kwarkmengsel over de bodem. Laat dit minimaal 4 uur opstijven in de koelkast.
  9. Breek of rasp de witte chocola over de taart en maak af met verse aardbeien.

Tip

  • Krijg je de taart niet in een paar dagen op? Of wil je jezelf beschermen?;) Je kunt de stukjes taart ook invriezen en op een later moment eten!
