Mugcake

Een feestje op je bord! Dit voelt als een wat uitgebreider ontbijtje maar is eigenlijk heel simpel en snel gemaakt. En cake als ontbijt, dat klinkt toch goed? Om er helemaal een geniet momentje van te maken heb ik pure choco chips toegevoegd die smelten op de warme cake. 

Je kan eiwitpoeder toevoegen voor wat extra eiwitten. Varieer vooral lekker met het fruit dat je ernaast neemt. Lekker is bijvoorbeeld ook een handje blauwe bessen, frambozen of aardbeien.

Je kunt de choco chips of het fruit ook in het cakebeslag doen voordat je hem in de magnetron doet.

Mugcake met fruit en choco chips

Tijd: 10 min | 1 portie

Dit heb je nodig

  • Schaaltje dat in de magnetron kan

  • 1 rijpe banaan

  • 1 ei

  • 20 gr havermout

  • 10 gr eiwitpoeder (het kan ook zonder)

  • 10 gr pure chocolade

  • kaneel naar smaak

  • 150 gr (plantaardige) kwark

  • kiwi of ander fruit

Zo maak je het

  1. Prak de banaan in het schaaltje.
  2. Voeg het ei, de havermout, de eiwitpoeder en de kaneel toe en roer door.
  3. Zet dit voor 2,5 minuut in de magnetron
  4. Kiep het schaaltje om op een bord en leg de pure choco op de mugcake
  5. Voeg als laatste de kwark en het fruit toe
