Chiazaad met mango

Een eiwit en vezelrijk ontbijtje! Chiazaad zit bomvol goede voedingsstoffen en is rijk aan omega 3, eiwitten en vezels. Omega 3 vetzuren komen veel Nederlanders tekort waardoor chiazaad een goede toevoeging is aan je dagelijkse eetpatroon. 

Het leuke aan chiapudding is dat je het met elk soort fruit kunt combineren. Dus wees vooral creatief en voeg toe wat jij lekker vind! Hou je van zoet? Dan is het lekker om een beetje ahornsiroop of zoetstof toe te voegen aan de pudding. Of zoals bij de frambozen variant om het fruit al met het chiazaad te mengen.

De chiapudding kun je het beste de avond van tevoren maken. Laat het een nachtje staan, voeg sochtends alleen nog wat fruit en kwark toe and enjoy!

Tijd: 5 min | 1 portie

Dit heb je nodig

  • 3 el/ 30 gr chiazaad
  • 100 ml kokosmelk
  • 1 tl ahornsiroop (of zoetstof)
  • 100 gr kwark
  • 200 gr mango
  • 30 ml kokosmelk

Zo maak je het

  1. Doe de kokosmelk in een glas, voeg het chiazaad en de ahornsiroop toe en roer goed door.
  2. Zet dit een nachtje in de koelkast voor het beste pudding effect. Heb je geen tijd? Dan kun je het ook een half uur in de koelkast zetten, even doorroeren en dan nog een half uur laten staan.
  3. Voeg dan de kwark toe.
  4. Doe de mango met de 40 ml kokosmelk in de blender en blend. Voeg nog iets melk toe als het te dik blijft.
  5. Giet de mango bovenop de kwark and it´s ready!
